What would your role be on THE new planet?

So I am starting a new planet, and @Zara and I will be taking a space ship to this new planet. Obviously we will be taking many of you in sleeping pods as well (those who pass our rigorous test... or bring food).

So, what would you want your new role to be if you were apart of a new colonized planet?

I could see @Azure and @Tennease being alien creature researchers.

@dgold44 could work with @Bartelby to start the new government.

@Sentinel and @Sudacafan could create a expedition crew to unearth any threats to us.

@FedFosterWallace could be our philosopher and bring the truth of Fed's greatness to another galactic Empire.

Personally, my goal would be to reproduce with humans and aliens (depending on looks), and of course researching the resources and surrounding galactic empires.

What would you want to do? Plan cities? Politics? Invent? What would your role be in creating a new life on a new planet?

Looks like that planet will be similar to the old Sovjet union with those mentioned in your first post. Packed with Fed fans that have extreme political views.

I can imagine the others on that planet wouldnt let me do that. They would be like the ones that was against going to the moon as they think it is a waste of money that could be used on other things.

And btw, Im more of an artist creative type. I think scientists and nerd talk is rather boring. I like art, passion, love and that sorts of things the most. Im too free spirited for your planet.

We will have to leave the ‘goat’ stuff behind. That will pollute the atmosphere and people will get corrupt.

Need animals like dogs that can be off service to men and act as their best friend.

And we can’t have mad man like dgold form the government. You are asking for more trouble than you can possibly imagine. Next thing you know, all credits will be given to the Jews. We are all about equanimity.

We will also need some introverts to balance the planet and ensure that the planet is more productive than just a chatterbox.

And finally, we will need a few slices of poison in case some of them wake up a bit too early and cause trouble that would put the ship to immediate danger. They are known as “trolls’.

Ah, but that is the thing, life and nature are very creative and can involve very much love. You are literally creating a new world, and you can make it what you want. You can show love and learn about the new alien culture. Free spirited you say? Well where can you be more free spirited than on a new beautiful planet where there are many things you can learn?

Passion? Who is to say the aliens on this planet don't have passion? Maybe you can find new passions you never even thought about.

What would your new world look like? An oasis? What is happening on the new planet? What does your free spirited world look like?

Obviously, there are only a few (very few) that will ever leave the pods. They can stay in the ship, as we do our thing. I imagine a planet that looks like Avatar, and the new types of food on the planet will be extremely interesting.
