What your hypothetical "cannonball" setup?

It seems to be a popular consensus that as your racquet's ability to produce speed increases, control decreases. Sure, you could get a Head Ti6, put some lead tape on it and string it at 35 lbs and get a handheld rocket launcher, but your shots would be going everywhere on the planet.

That being said, what setup would you put together to produce absolute, MAXIMUM ground stroke ball speed - that's the sole, primary objective - but with a reasonable amount of control? I don't mean pro-level, thread-the-needle control, but enough that your shots won't go completely wild. The only limitation is: no natural gut. And for this purpose, spin is irrelevant; we're focusing on one thing: velocity, velocity, velocity - making that ball fly as fast as possible.

Racquet, strings, gauge, tension. Let's hear your thoughts!

Volkl super g 8 315 with natural gut/GhostWire strung at 60/50. I actually intend to try this soon.

Strangely I haven't felt anything more powerful than my Dunlop black max string with a hybrid of babolats syn gut and rpm blast rough at 55#. My weighted up apd gt+ gets close but not quite there. My guess is that 360+g of weight along with the low flex might give it a catapulting effect, not sure how though.

I never really saw the difference between the PAT and the PDT. Their specs are almost identical:

PAT: Weight 11.8, balance 12.7", 6 pts. head light, swingweight 327, stiffness 68
PDT: Weight 11.8, balance 12.79", 6 pts. head light, swingweight 326, stiffness 70

I've seen some athletic people swing a Hyperhammer with a robust poly(say 16 guage shaped) and just a little bit of weight added to it. It produces a stupidly powerful topspin ball if you have the right vertical swing path. I'm talking 80+ mph cross court groundies from a 3.5 level dude. The downside is that it's completely uncontrolable on shots where you're not swinging the racket hard(slice, volleys, blocks etc.).
