What's a racquet similar to Head Prestige MP but w/ 16x19?

Does anybody know a racquet that plays similar to a Head Liquidmetal Prestige MP, but has a 16x19 string pattern instead of 18x20? I was thinking possibly a Dunlop 300g?? Any thoughts would be appreciated.:D

the volkl t10vemp is nothing like the prestige. the ve is much more powerful and spin friendly. closer in terms of flex feel and power level is the volkl tour 10 generation II.

why would you want a 16X19 pattern. a 16X19 Presitgesque racket does not exist because presitges feel different and are pretty unique. If you want more spin, a 17g string on it will give you about as much bite as a 16X19 because the 18X20 is reitively open.

If you aren't gonna help then don't utter nonesense. The question isn't "how can I get more spin from my prestige". 18X20 is relatively open? By whose definition? Its pretty much the most closed string pattern you can get, especially in the prestige.

To answer the original question, you can try the Prestige Classic Tour. Its 18X19 in a 102 head. There are few racquets that flex the way a Prestige does, none from Head with a 16X19. You can try the Slazenger PB to see if that's close to what you want, its 16X18. The VEngine isn't quite the same flex but you might like what you find with it, so its worth a try. Really can't think of any other racquets that may be the answer to your question. I would also recommend demoing TF TFeel 305 and nSix-One 95 to see if that's what you are looking for.

I haven't tried it yet, and it has one more cross string (20), but the Fischer Magnetic something racquet could be a good replacement for the Prestige.

hbeuin.... it seems you answer HEAD FXP 6 for everything.... enough already. I know you bought one. Congrats.. but it is not the answer for everybody.

I also agree, with KFWinds, that the FXP Radical Tour should be tried out.

Sorry, i was a little hazed.
I meant that the 18X20 on the PRESTIGE is relatively open compared to other 18X20's. And you said "There are few racquets that flex the way a Prestige does, none from Head with a 16X19" and also "Really can't think of any other racquets that may be the answer to your question". Thats basically what i tried to say but it came out in a confusing and stupid way.

It's been a long time since I played a Head, but I sort-of remember the feel. I have an experimental 300g heavily weighted and it seems somewhat similar to the peculiar flex characteristics of the Head player frames ala Prestige, PT 280 etc.....dirt cheap too!

Yeah Micheal, I have a 27 inch 12 ounce MFill 200 Plus, you think that plays closest to a 16X19 Prestige?

One hint, it does flex similar but its quite a bit more stiff.

The Radical Tour MP would be about as close as you can get. I know a teaching pro that switched to it from the Prestige and he loves it.
