Whats the difference between the Gamma X-6FC and the Progression II 602 FC?

thats it? just the base and the color? so as a stringing machine its pretty much the same otherwise - does anyone know? thanks

i agree and the only other difference is the 602FC has the black re-inforced fiberglass string clamps and the X-6FC has the Die-case aluminum clamps. both have diamond coating and can hold same tensions.

I had the 602FC for about 9 years (now have a 6004) and never had any issues with it at all.....

you can't go wrong with either one IMO

agree 100%, but if you were going to make me choose (and $$ doesn't matter) i'd go w/ X-6FC, because you can store stuff in the drawer.
