whats the weakest part of your game

Down the line two handed back hands. I recently made the switch from one to two. Ick, it's not pretty.

I know what I do wrong. I don't start low enough and I don't come through enough. Lastly, I don't step into enough. It's basically a timing issue. I don't get the racquet back quick enough either.

Yep, anywhere else, I'd take the one handed or the slice, or volley. I <3 the net and I'm a singles player.

Weakest = Net game

Strongest = Crosscourt forehand on Deuce Side, and Insideout DLT forehand on Adv Side

rite hears is my adive m8

f**k hitting winners from the basline this is what you do you serve u get a good return you hit crosscourt u get it back u hit it crosscourt u get it back again cross court again you get a short ball pipi it were ever you want point won

at the moment as i say
you have *to much icing not enough cake''
tennis is a cross court game look at nadal hes gonna earn big from hitting crosscourt waitng for is opening this backhand down the line doesnt have to be used cause you can just hit cross court and have an easy forhand to finish or volley so the key

CROSSCOURT,CROSSCOURT,CROSSCOURT erm CROSSCOURT, then f**kin finish it in style thats all you have to do that is succesful tennis no need to go for complicated shots

weakest, net game... im 5'1 so i cant cover much and i get lobed easily. my overheads are terrible.

i can hit approach shots, a lot of times i get a easy putaway lob and i miss it, or easy putaway volley and i miss it.

wats rong wid ur net game

It sux ... bad volleys, too much swing, etc etc.. I know what i need to do to fix it, but I don't have enough practice time to change it for a match.. so I concentrate on what I'm good at.. grinding the baseline rallys and pitting the big serves.

15, my baseline game is solid. I can hang with 4.5 players just from the baseline but I cant win without going to the net, and going to the net usually kills me... So i have a solid ground game but my transition game to the net is what cost me a lot of cheap points because of my weak vollies and overheads.

#1 backhand volley (usually hit two hands, sometimes one),
#2 forehand topspin (so I slice instead mostly and use my backhand more),
#3 second serve (hit slow flat against weak opponents, heavy slice against stronger ones who can attack the slow flats)

Whoa, mine's different from everyone else here. My general volleys and overheads are fine, I can aim forehands easily DTL and xcourt, and the same with my backhands, I love them.

But that's all general. I have problems hitting high balls from the baseline, and end up slicing a ball that isn't too hard to get back, dink over the net, or be put away. I also have some problems hitting low balls at the net.

Honestly, the "help" has been hard to understand and not too useful.

But if I happen to get an ok tip, it's all worth it.

serve. I can't seem to get a powerful serve, even though my forehand and occasional backhand is powerful.

volley: I hate to doit when I do it I'm "trapped" so do it and I feed right back most time to my rival, but otherwise I'm a living ball machine. what can I do ?

My backhands are by far the worst part of my game. Unless I get set up perfectly for the shot, they're not very consistent.
