Whats up with Thiem?

My hope is that he is saving his body a little bit more early in the year to be as fresh as possible heading into the clay season.

I think he believes that anything short of a Masters 1000 on clay and another deep run at the FO will feel like a failure.

He wants Rafa’s scalp on the biggest stage! I just wonder if he can manage it!

We moved on to Tsitsipas who doesn't just ball bash, actually has some variety to his game and actually wins matches on more than just clay.

When you work as hard as he seemingly does with so relatively little to show for it then it has to catch up with you eventually mentally.

LOL no. Thiem is never beating Rafa at RG unless Rafa injures his whole body. Which hopefully will not happen.

He’s a big underdog but has a few important clay victories under his belt. Unfortunately for Thiem, Djokovic will be on opposite end of draw. Best case scenario would be playing Djokovic instead of Nadal in a final.
