What's wrong with my serve?

Alright, I went to serve around today and I started out okay; I was able to hit the 3 targets (FH, body, and BH) and I was able to get spin on my second serves. I even got first serve topspin in. However thesame thing that always happens happened again!? I started sucking and hitting everything out into the net or withut power. I tried focusing but my hands just flailed. What is up with this?

If your serves are going into the net it means your head is dropping, so keep your hands up longer to keep your head up.

Seriously watch the ball. My biggest problem in tennis is watching the ball. Especially on the serve. When things start to get worse the longer you go it is a combination of tiredness and lack of watching the ball. At the start you are ready to go and everything happens like it should, but closer to the end you arm is slower, your toss might be a little off, and you pull your head down more. This combined with not watching it makes your serve go bad.

That's what my private coach told me, I can never seem to do that.
