Whats your favorite shot to see?

for me it would be seeing

1. Fernando Gonzalez destruction forehand--the biggest forehand in the history of the game

2. Roger Federer backhand pass--literally robotic

3. Andy Roddick serve--need i say more

this isn't nearly as visually appealing as what has been said but probably a half volley.

"you are only as good as your second serve" can also be converted to "you are as good as your half volley"

i mean when the moment comes and i have to make a half volley, and the opponent is charging, i crap me pants :(

Gasquet's backhand, I could see him hit it all day.

Federer's forehand is just a thing of beauty. And Safin's backhand just looks cool.

One of my favorites, which I haven't seen in a while, is Federer's 180° pivot backhand return. There's just something about it that says "you're going to lose."

My favorite is probably the around-the-net winner, which is usually a semi-desperation swing, usually on the run, but takes some serious english to pull off, and is just fun to see.

...and, as others have said, every other shot by Santoro, or your other favorite net/volley player (if such people exist). :)

Rafa's sick running f.h against Simon. Tsonga had a nice point against Blake with a volley winner. Federer had some sick looking lob smash thing, i like was no oh shut up!

I love those slice serves that curve right inside the court in an instant for aces. Also Nadal's topspin loopy passing shots are just

...

today's players

Nadal passing shots, Safin backhand, Federer forehand, Roddick serving.

past players
John Mcenroe Volleys, Sampras on the run forehand, Borg backhand,
and my favorite, Agassi ripping crosscourt backhands.

My favorite is when someone is at the net and hits a short volley, and the player runs up and tries to float a lob over the top of the player, and hits it too short, and the net player drills the other player with an overhead.
