When a player is a bad match up for another player is there a way to coach around that?

6-11 was overall, 2-9 was after 2011!

Then what was it, 23-1?
Oh, now you're interested in the post-2011 timeframe, not post-2013? How do you not get bored of this weak agenda. The head-to-head was 11-6 in Federer's favour up to and including 2013.

Edit: Oh I've just realised you didn't know I was talking about Berdych.

I've been wondering whether those highly skillful, talented and experienced players on tour need any coach at all. They have virtually everything at their disposal. Me thinking this is a show. We've got the Novak and Andy one that may still sell.

Andy is bored at home.

To a point. You can make improvements to try and get an one-up on your rivals and this has happened. There has been plenty of reversals of head-2-heads in the past.

However, its hard to overcome match-ups when they play your style but at a significantly higher level.

E.g Nadal vs Ferrer, Federer vs Haas or Dimitrov, Djokovic vs Davydenko etc
