When should Venus retire?

I can’t remember the name, but I found a wta pro who was born after Venus played her first pro match in 1994, grew up, turned pro at 16, and retired at age 24 because of persistent injury. Her entire existence and run as a pro did not outlast Venus’s tennis career.
i mean I'm sure a lot of players fit that bill, especially if we're considering lower ranked players who never became publicly well known. most famous example would probably be Barty?

I mean. How many wildcards has she received this year so far.
It’s still exciting to me to have her in the draw. And remember her relationship to this event is rather a journey of emotion.
I hope she plays Miami if she doesn’t injure herself here.
That’s the main issue. She seems to get injured at every event she does get a WC into. Then we don’t see her for 6 months.

She did get entry into Miami as well so that's the plan.

She's tuff when the ball is hit directly to her. Did you watch the Miami match yesterday as she tried desperately to get in and out of the corners against a 19 year old unknown? Why tarnish your image this badly. Crowd was not involved at all as the outcome was obvious.
She looks like she is moving in slow motion when she serves.
