The last time he lost a match was to a 35-year old healthy Federer twice, once to confident Murray and once to Stanimal. Who would've thought that he would be having such a year after losing to Karlovic. He had a stellar 2015. Weak era or not.

But now the question is "can anyone beat him?"

It will take some time for Fed to beat him ever again even in BO3. I wonder if he can produce 2014-15 form after returning to Tour. Murray may never beat Djoker again. He had an overwhelming experience in Shanghai and Paris after scoring one victory in Montreal. Can't count on Stan. Rafa is a cornered mouse now. None of the youngters has the combination of everything(fitness, luck, talent, dedication, motivation).

Even the guys getting closer to beat him are crumbling under pressure. Gulbis, Dolgopolov and Goffin are fine examples. Djoker owns the Tour mentally.

Is it possible for anyone to beat him this year? Perhaps, Daddyray will do the trick?

He had a few scares last year , so its not really impossible for someone to produce a top performance and beat him.
For all Novak is the best right now, it must be said that his AO level wasn't all that great in general.

I thought Dubai before Federer got himself injured. He will lose again, that is for certain, no one can win everything.

That's the good part. It's gonna happen no matter what.

As for the OP - with Fed out he should win Dubai but I have a feeling he won't do the IW-Miami combo this year. I'm guessing someone beats him in the QF of Indian Wells.

Accidentally voted for FO, wanted to pick one of the clay Masters.

One of the upcoming HC masters would be my guess, and yes he will lose matches and a few tournaments this year, to think he won't is crazy lol No one would take everything for granted no matter how well that said player is playing, upsets and losses in general are a thing. The hardest thing is to backup the same season last year, he will definitely feel pressure.

He won't lose a match until the day he retires.
With advancements in gluten free technology, he has forgotten how to lose.
He'll win the next 19 slams, then retire out of boredom. o_O

A healthy Delpo after 12 months on tour injury free, could possibly knock Djokovic off his perch. Kyrgios, perhaps after another season of 'growing up'.

2019 Nole, bored out of his mind after years of not losing, will go back in time and play against 2016 Nole for an all Nole Wimby final. 2019 Nole wins, thereby causing a rupture in the time-space continuum. After that Ferrer takes over and wins the next three Slams.

It is known.

When will Djokovic lose again?

The moment somebody beats him. Could be Karlovic or maybe Gulbis or Dolgopolov or Anderson or Simon (guys he almost lost to last year)! :)

Hell, didn't Tommy Haas beat him at Miami a few years ago? Dimitrov in Madrid? I think there's quite a few who could beat him at certain Masters tournaments when he doesn't care as much,if he's got IW under his belt,he might not give too much of a f**k at Miami with an eye firmly on the clay season or the last clay tournament before RG if he's already got 1 or 2 under his belt...

Of course he will lose this year, looks like some of his fans have lost it completely because he has had a good streak. He almost lost to Gilles Simon in AusOpen, and Simon got beaten by 18 year old Zverev earlier today. Novak is no god, last year he god beaten by halfway-to-40 Federer more than once. He sure is going to lose this year, probably before the summer, and it is highly unlikely he will do a season GS
