Where to get bumper guard and grommets changed

Hello! I have two frames that need a change in the bumper guard. I think I recalled that there was a link on tennis warehouse that said you can ship them in to get them changed out? If so could someone send the link and if not does anyone know of any reliable services to send them into? They are babolat frames I would prefer not to learn how to install them because I know the integrity of the frame is at stake. Thank you!

I don't think there should be any risk to frame integrity doing it yourself unless you can physically bend a tennis racket with your bare hands

They should be fairly easy to install in the sense that you can do it at home with minimal risk.

They're difficult in the sense you may need some tools (usually an awl, i normally just mess up my mini screwdriver set) and they can be a pain to push in.

Hahah thank you for the discretion, good to know they can take a beating , but bumpers have always been something I’m weary about. Had a good friend do one a few years ago and did not look pretty.

All you really need is an awl to install and maybe pliers to remove

It is not hard to replace grommets on frames. It just requires patience. Some manufacturers make it easier to replace than others. Babolats are harder to do, and they take a lot of patience and some cursing. You also need to be aware of whether the set is asymmetric or not because they can be installed backwards. Prince is another one that has asymmetric grommet sets. There are entire threads on replacing Babolat grommet sets. All in all, if you are a casual equipment freak, you are better off letting the shop do it.

Thank you! That was more of my thought process, I guess seeing my friend basically destroy a racket , had some smalle cracks where the grommets were installed, put me off from it. i also have lead at 12 and would be curious to throw it under the bumper but then there’s no room to tinker after .

I've replaced grommet sets on 3 generations of wilson 6.1 95s and the new ones slipped on easily every time. There were slight differences between the generations that meant interchanging grommets could mean a lot of work.
