I need one that can hit hard, but is still lighter. (I play volleys out until I can get a hard hit in a corner, etc...)

I also have some wrist troubles, so one good on the wrist is nice. Accuracy too ;)

Sorry it was my lunchbreak and I was in quite a hurry.

Try all the Pure Storm version. They all play somewhat similarly, but you'll def. like one more than another.

Haha I am still rather new to tennis, probably just about meeting 3.0 after I play some more.

The fact that where I live it's too cold/snowy for tennis for almost the whole year is problematic. And the indoor is seriously overprice. It's upwards of 1000's and you get very little play-time. Being a student who's going to college in a while, I don't have 1000+ to spend when college is 30k+

I will try the pure storm definetly, thanks guys <3
It would seem though that those are two heavy. The nCode I had was way to light (just about 10 oz) but I find my aerogel which is 11.8 to heavy on the wrist. The storm is similar. I'll probably wind up selling all my current sticks to some friends on the team and buying a set of these if I like them. It's to hard to have multiple/different rackets. (Not my fault my parents won't let me demo!)

Would these two be a better option? And which one?

I think both of the racquets you have listed under your sig are great frames for a 3.0 player. They are both great for customizing given their relatively low stock weights. I bet if you played around with some lead tape placement you could not only save a few bucks but also find what you were looking for was in your bag all along- epecially the LM Radical, great stick if given proper attention :)

IMO- a racquet won't make a drastic change in play style for a 3.0 player when really just practice court time will pay more dividends than a new stick will. Just my two cents.

^^^^ I agree. The LM radical is a good frame to learn on. Good frame for any level really. A touch on the powerful side though. Low powered enough to make you actually swing through the ball though which will help you in the long run.

I think you should go for the Pure Storm Tour... but ChevyTennis is right, I think practice will do a lot for your game too.

Of course.

I sold the Rad a year agoish. I now have a Prince OS3 Hornet I think? The nCode, and the Dunlop Aerogel 300.

The nCode is way to light, and when I go to hit a hard shot from an opponnent it jars my wrist bad. The Dunlop is too heavy, and injures my wrist after swinging a bit. And the Prince, feels slow on the swing for me. Just doens't feel good.

For 16, I have really bad wrists. I guess I am like my father in that respect. (He's got major wrist problems- he had to give up his love of drumming due to it.)
