Which big champion has taken advanage more of he is lefty?

I think lefties have advantages for example patterns of cross forehand, slice serves.
What do you think?
How would you rank them?

As i know Nadal is not true born lefty, he dicedid with his coach to choose his sligtly weeker left hand to play tennis.
I see this idea so much succesfull, i am wondering nobody copy him.
