Which CAP grommets for Head Radical MP 18x20 frames (MG, YT, YT IG)???

Greetings!

Can some of you Head experts please tell me if the cap grommets for an iPrestige MP will work with the more recent Radical series frames (MG, YT, YT IG)???

If not, which CAP grommets are needed and where does one source them?

I can't speak for the other iterations of the Radical, but I managed to CAP a MG Radical with either LM or MG Prestige CAPS (I don't remember). IIRC two of the grommets on the CAP needed some very light sanding before they could be coaxed through the frame.

Hmmm… Well the beam thickness from MG to YT to IG increases by 0.5mm for each iteration… I remember reading that the CAP grommets fit for both the MG and the YT, but I'm not sure about the IG which has a 1mm thicker beam than a Prestige MP.

I definitely recommend the MG Prestige grommets though (the black ones). Though they are harder to apply and string (poor Geoff I guess ) they play noticeably better (IMO), are more durable and look better too.
