Which current players (both tours) would you consider to be "Stars"?

Kind of a straightforward question, but one with some subjectivity built into it.
Who, of current players, do you consider to be a star?
Whether by results or that "it" factor, or both?

Here is an informal list of mine. Who do you agree with, disagree with, and who else would you add?
Not designed to be a complete list -- more off-the-top, and not in order.
Some of this may be skewed by geography, I realize.

Men:
Novak, Rafa, Alcaraz, Sinner
Also: Wawrinka, Zverev, Med, Tsitsipas, Kyrgios
Not sure: Ruud, Rune, Rublev, Shelton, Thiem
...
Women:
Swiatek, Sabalenka, Osaka, Rybakina, Gauff, Raducanu
Not sure: Zheng, Wozniacki, Jabeur

Thoughts?

The ones in bold are not tennis stars.

yes , you have noted all

I would want to only watch matches of the stars live.
Already seen Nole, Wawrinka, Zverev, Med, Kyrgios.

I feel like you have to win Slams or be in Slam finals and still be ranked around the top 10 to be relevant and a current star.

Could also add Rublev and Hurkacz, both have two Masters and fixture of top10.

Apart from the stars I listed (although I don’t like watching Zverev or Medvedev), there are other players I like to see when I attend tournaments - mostly guys in the top 20 and young up-and-coming stars or old warhorses.

Hurkacz, Dimitrov, Fritz, Shelton, Paul, Rune, Musetti, FAA, Fils, Lehecka, Berrettini, Monfils, Nakashima, Michelsen, Perricard, Mensik, Medjedovic, Fonseca, Tien, Wawrinka and Nadal

Musetti is the one with the most untapped star power IMO

He has the build, the looks, the style, the game. And now he has a medal and the admiration of a nation.

Charles of course.

Sinner has been dented by the steroid thing, no doubt.

Once the big3 leave all we have is Carlos the shepherd.

That's the list.

Sinner is forced and Zverev just can't win the big one.

You have to win and have the it factor. Some do have it but can't win. Tiafoe and Shelton and sometimes Med. But you got to win the big ones consistently or you better have some NK attitude.

As of now, no one wins and has the it factor except Carlos.

Even if sinner were to win 5 slams I would rather watch Diego schwartzman play verdasco.

For men in the US, definitely Tiafoe. His run in the US Open a couple years ago put him in the spotlight.

I think Jabeur is a star, but I'm biased because I like her personally. A definite rising star is Paolini, based solely on her positive personality.

Exactly, Alcaraz is the only one that has that true panache. You feel like you're watching someone special. Everyone else just doesn't have "it".

Tiafoe is only a star because he is American and even then, the guy is massively overrated and has a massive ego and is ranked somewhere around world no.30. Not even relevant in my book.

That's what I meant, he's a star in the US. I'm unsure if fans outside of the US think of him very much.

Yeah, I was thinking about that. Tiafoe, Gauff, maybe a couple of other Americans are quite big in the US but not as much overseas. For whatever reason, I don't feel like American tennis players since the Williams sisters are translating that well outside the US

Not his record, but he's still a name -- has that "it" factor, albeit for not all positive reasons.
Again, this is all debatable, and subjective.
You’re definitely right to put Kyrgios there. Like or loathe it, for a few years there the only names bigger than Kyrgios were Djokovic, Nadal, Federer and Serena.
