Which forehand grip is this?

I always thought that my forehand grip was either a semi-western or a western grip but I had never really looked. When I looked today, it seems like my grip that I use is even more extreme than a western grip. What grip is one bevel over from a western grip? I have some pictures but I'm not sure if they are the best. What grip would you say this is? I am a lefty

Now that you mention it, It is like a lefty continental grip but I hit it the opposite way of a continental grip

Oh then I think its lefty Hawaiian, not sure if your supposed to go around globe the other way, or which island though
