Which player hates to lose the most?

Who is the biggest hate to loser? Which loser hates it the most? Who is the most hateful loser? Who is number one when it comes to hating to lose? There we go. That's the one.
I'm tempted to say Osaka but is there a better choice in the mens section?

Better stock up on popcorn for this. And quick before, oops, we have a problem,

All the best ones. I don't think Osaka's issue is with losing, it's with the crushing weight of expectation and the spotlight.

There's a bunch of people on tour that you get the impression they're basically just there to have a good time. They travel the world, they play tennis, they get paid - Monfils, Kyrgios, Bublik, guys like that. It's a job, or a way of life, and they're fine with that.

There's others who you get the impression have sort of accepted their fate, and that they're never getting beyond a certain level. I think the Berdych, Ferrer, Tsonga group certainly reached this place in the 2010s.

I think when it comes down to it the ones who lose the least are the ones who hate to lose the most, because they're just not used to it, and are playing more for titles, for legacy, for stature, than the money or the ranking points.

Historically I would go for Connors. He once said that he hated losing even more than he enjoyed winning.

No-one likes to lose. Federer is famously cool and sniffy towards guys who beat him especially when he was younger and at his peak and not expected to lose.

Murray definitely hates to lose. He often acts like he should win every point and that it is somehow his fault when he doesn't which is probably why he can get so tetchy and annoyed with himself during a match.

Yeah, Murray might be the one. The anger comes out after practically ever lost point, and he's such an intelligent guy, so you'd think he'd have the mental capacity to talk himself out of it.

He really should be easier on other people if he can't control his own impulses. On court, off court...we're all just trying our best not to be jerks.

Andy Murray comes first to my mind.

On the other hand biggest losers are Paire and Kyrgios. Always someone else to blame when they're losing, most of the time it's umpire's fault.

The Big 4, I think the ones who hate the most losing are the ones that are/were winning the more often, there might be specific cases of course

It has to be players that are highly successful, competitive and not accustomed to losing. Djokovic and Serena were the first two players I thought of. What's interesting to me is how Djokovic is usually very gracious post-match after a defeat while Serena can be a sore loser

Federer plays it cool but seems to be seething a little underneath. Nadal actually seems genuinely okay after a loss. Djokovic can be a maniac when he's losing but after a loss he sucks it up and puts his best foot forward usually. The big three are all pretty decent after losing. Players who routinely do the no-look handshake have a serious problem
