Which player(s) from the past would you bring to the present, and which current player(s) would you send to the past?

The Blond Blur

G.O.A.T.
I'd bring Borg into the modern era. I think he's one player who could for sure play on the Big 3's level on any court (thus giving us more competition). I'd also get to see my favorite fantasy match up of Rafa and Borg at RG

And the player I would send back into the past would be Kyrgios. I'd love to send him back to the 50's-60's where he would be playing against the Aussie legends in their prime :p

I would bring Rosewall to the modern era so I could witness the famed 100 mph slice backhand in sublime HD. Then just watch the big three wreck him. Send Kyrgios to the 20s or something lol

I would LOVE to see Kenneth Robert "Muscles" Rosewall slice and dice all these NEXTGEN mugs

Dude was straight savage to Tim in the 2018 RG trophy ceremony

Sampras into the current era, Kyrgios into the 80s to collide with Mac and Connors. Zverev into whatever era before I was born. 1880s would fit.

That's a great one, I kinda want to change my 2nd answer to yours. If Old Mac is critical of Kyrgios, I can only imagine what a young rival Mac would say :censored:

Lendl into current era so he can win Wimbledon from the baseline.

Lendel finally winning SW19 thus completing his CGS:

Send Nadal to 90s grass against real serve and volley players.
With what kind of racquets? With modern racquets he would still win easily, because S&V isn’t a winning strategy then. With old racquets there maybe could be a chance for the 90s players (not as big as some people think though).

Of course I’m talking about an in-form Nadal of 2008 or 2010, and not something like the 2015 version who lost to Brown.

With equipment of that era, ie no poly strings. Those poly strings are a more significant factor than Babolat racquets.

Of course, with racquet I meant everything on it, including strings. Would be interesting, but Nadal (and Djokovic) would still have good chances. Recently I watched a bit of Agassi in Wimbledon during those years, and he was totally competitive with his baseline game. Imagine an even better baseline player like Nadal/Djokovic, and you see they could win Wimbledon back then.

I'd love to see peak Laver play peak Federer, on proper grass with early graphite racquets and gut strings.
