Which post 30 slams wins surprised you the most?

Imagine you were told in 2009 that Federer would win 2 slams in the same tournament after 30. Would you have guessed it would be at the AO? Sure, he’s always been very good at HC but the AO was not his best slam or even best HC slam when younger.

How about Nadal. Who would have guessed he would win 2 USOs post 30? More RGs would surprise no one. But 2 more at Flushing after so many injuries for a 30 + Nads?

Novak is the youngest of the three, and may still win more that will surprise us. But winning Wimbledons #4 and # 5 after turning 30 was not easy to predict.

So, which one was the most surprising?

For me Feds AO17 as it was so sudden and it was against Rafa in the way that it was.

That being said, his 18 AO surprised me even more as I truly did not think he could maintain that level.

While Rafa's USO17/19 did not shock me, I definitely did not see it happening twice.. And maybe 3 times?
