I wasn't able to watch Med-Novak yesterday, so can't vouch for how well Med played, but the Thiem-Rafa match was very high-quality, so I'll lean that way.
We'll see, first, if Rafa can beat Stefanos and Novak can get by Zverev. My sense (though I'm a bad prognosticator) is that just one of these will happen.
I rarely vote on these, but why are multiple votes allowed with a menu of two items?

Thiem and Rafa have played two bad ASS hard court matches this year, so I'd happily sit through that again (especially as it'd mean Nadal would be in the final:p) where as Djokovic and Medvedev's battles tend to go more up and down. They're fascinating in that they tend to be more overt tactical battles, but the quality is usually less sustained.

Thiem-Nadal have had 5 of the last 6 sets go to tie break and all 6 sets have been Classic.

Wouldn't mind seeing Medvedev taking out Djoker again tho in 3 sets this time.

Thiem and Rafa have only played epic matches on HCs. First it was 2018 USO, then 2020 AO, and now here - I'd love to see these two play in the finals, they've been the two best players in this event so far form-wise (although Med might want to enter this chat too).

Every encounter they've had on HCs could've went either way, a huge difference from their clay matches where Rafa usually just steamrolls him

Djokovic was absolute dog s*** in the last match. An up-to-par version of Novak should be enough to beat Med in most cases.
