Which pro player has the LEAST amount of class?

Given the two well publicized incidents at this year's Australian Open, how do they compare to the behavior of some other pros? Who do you think has the LEAST amount of class amongst pro tennis players - past and present?

Each player tends to have their own quirks that make them seem "tasteless". I can think of things Goran I. has said in press conferences that make him sound like a racist homophobe but then again he always seemed like a nice guy on the court for the most part.

Just from what I've heard and seen I'd have to go with a top 5 list (in no particular order) of:

Hewitt
Kiefer
Williams Sisters (they can get really full of themselves sometimes)
Damir Dokic (wait. players? how'd he get in there? )

Why isn't that ass Bogomolov on the list? As he has definitely demonstrated, one can be a no-name and still be a low-life.

So - Safin breaks racquets in frustration. That affects no-one but him. If it affects you, or anyone else, negatively, then the problem is with you, not him.

As for people having "no right" to criticize Henin because she is a better player than we are - well, you're simply very wrong. People aren't criticizing her play, they are criticizing her character - and have every right to do so, as long as one doesn't begin to assume things. The quality of her play versus the quality of play of those critical of her is entirely and absolutely irrelevant. Base the criticism on what we saw, and there's nothing at all wrong with that.

I thought of that, but then thought that most people would just choose all the choices, since these names are all on my list becuase they've all shown some level of classlessness in the past. So this is a poll of the LEAST class, not merely who has no or little class.

nobody said she was faking it, if they did they were wrong...but it was rather unsportsmanlike to take away mauresmo's winning moment like that...Amelie has been waiting forever for her 1st slam, and Justine couldn't even let her win on match point...It would be understandable if she like roled her ankle or something , but a stomach ache???WTF... come on...Once before a tournament about a year ago I threw up several times, and still played...In the final it really started to hurt and i felt sick but i didn't give up..i played it out, and the match ended up being very close...If i, a 14 year old, could do this then there is no reason on the face of the earth for a professional athlete to tank because of something like that!!!!Even Patrick McEnroe, whose pretty mild mannered commented on this...Also it discredited Amelie's great play...People down the line who didn't watch the match will say "Oh, Amelie won because Justine was sick, poor Justine" instead of recognizing that Mauresmo won because she worked hard and played great...Mauresmo is the victim in this case to blatant gamesmanship. There need to be stricter laws regaurding gamesmanship on the womans tour....

By the way in regaurd to the original post, you should have put Bogomolov Jr. on that list...I am very patriotic and like to root for Americans, but his display vs. Gonzalez was dispicable and was a disgrace to tennis!!!

I don't think Hewitt ever used the N word, what he did was point to the linesman and then point to Blake and ask the umpire if he saw the similarities between the two of them. A no-class move for sure.

Hmmm....I wonder why no one has mentioned Mary Pierce yet. The constant overexaggeration of her injuries and her ridiculous time outs where she takes 20 minutes to slow her opponent down, then shows no sign of her injury later in the match. That to me shows less class than anyone else thats been mentioned

No, but he is indeed the husband of Ashley Harkleroad.

BTW, I wish this board allowed me to list more than 10 choices when setting up a poll. All the suggestions have been good ones (e.g., Bogomolov, Hewitt, Coria, Pierce, Safin, etc.). I guess there are a lot more pros that are "class challenged" than I originally could think of off of the top of my head.
