Neither of those...

What was the difference?

limited, hands down.
pure storm ltd gt
pure storm tour gt
Anyone try the Pure Storm Team non GT? That's a pretty awesome racket...
Got 3 of them in my bag.
Pure Control Swirly?
Pure Storm Tour Non-GT. That thing is like butter!
the LTD is by far the best
I just got my hands on a used Pure Control Swirly and must say, it's a really solid racquet. Great for volleys but not used to added weight compared to the PSTGT.
The Pure Control Swirly is not as flexy as the PSTGT so groundstrokes feel a bit harsher on the arm but volleys are amazing with this racquet.
For me it's definitely the Pure Storm Tour non-GT or the Pure Control Swirly
None of those... There's nothing like the Pure Control lava swirly edition.
Best racquet ever made!!!
All the new ones are really fragile and feel dead :S
That's the one I got. It is just so solid.
Pure Storm Tour Non-GT~~~~~ Tried GT, didn't like it as much as this.
why does nobody like the GT versions? is it because they break real easily?
I had 8 of them and didn't have any issues with cracking or breaking easy. Some did have issues with the squeaking butt cap but that can be fixed with crazy glue. I think the GT versions are pretty good, better than the regular ones but as far as solid feel, the Pure Control Swirly edition is the best.
It even feels better than the PS 85 on volleys, just so solid.
This is becoming an urban legend. Some mal-adjusted teen breaks his racquet in rage and Babolat doesn't replace it so he goes on the internet and starts a claim that the racquet breaks too easily. Then another breaks a racquet in rage and backs up the original and the urban legend is born.
The Pure Storm Limited GT is my favorite. I have the Limited in both GT and without, and the Tour in GT and without. Without GT has a different feel and a little less power. GT stiffens up the hoop and adds a little power and a more crisp feel. I think the pre-GT versions are more arm friendly.
Amen to that my friend! The black/red non-GT PS T is the best frame ever made IMO. I really love this frame.
exactly. if you dont smash racquets they wont break... i have babolats for years and nothing near breakage in addition many other players i see use babolats and noone broke a racquet wtf.
this forum is simply on a babolat + nadal hate and nothing more. and wilson volkl prokennex big weight racquets are the super manly pro racquets on here lol
PS Tour GT 2011. 4 inches of 1/4 lead centered around 230 and 930. Strung weight with Babolat Pro Team Tacky OG and Babolat O style dampener = 350 grams.
Babolat Pure Storm Ltd. originals. More of a bargain than the LM Rad on TW I'd say. All you need is some shoe goo and lead tape and they become classified as 'Power Rangers' weapons. Seriously, look it up.
I played with the Pure Storm and PSGT for the past 3 years and just switched to the slightly lighter Pure Storm Team GT. Love them both. I get a little more power with the team and thee same great feel/control of the Pure Storm.
