Been thinking about this a while and wanted to compile a list of universities that have a tennis team men's or women's that actually trun a profit.
Let's keep it simple.

Money.... (in any form, no matter the source) is shelled out to cover the program.
Money is taken in (in any form) to support the program.

Which universities actually makes a PROFIT!!

UVA had in the past under Boland, he's said to be a fundraising monster. Watch out for his Baylor team and his fundraising will likely benefit the women's team. Also Mark Hurd CEO of Oracle is also a Baylor tennis alum, thus the Hurd tennis center.

I think we all need to stop feeding this troll.

So is this your own personal site.
Ok.... so what are your approved topics that are only allowed. Please let me know I only want to conform to the "Approve Way of Thinking".

What are you afraid of...... the FACT is tennis programs MAKE NO MONEY!!! So why have them attached to the college.
Have them on the outside so you can can regional tennis teams that can develop local talent that maybe a community can get behind.

College sports wasn't designed to make a profit, it was a way for schools to have "friendly" competition between themselves. Over time it has realized a profit in some of the more popular sports, but overall the idea that a college sport exists to cost the school money or turn a profit goes against the formation of college athletics. Likewise the participants are amateur athletes, so not for profit. Because of this the question isn't one worth exploring when it comes to tennis, or any college sport except Football or Basketball, which have now become marketed and a pathway for schools to potentially turn a profit.

With that said, a very small percentage of schools turn a profit with their college athletics.

None turn a profit, fundraising isn't a profit, that's a donation. Tennis is an albatross on the neck of the athletic department, but so is baseball, softball, track, rowing, blah blah. Football is king, basketball can be a little baby brother, but athletics at small schools sucks the budget.

OP just wants to let everyone on the board know that he hates foreigners coming to the US.

Why do you say this....... your just being a bully..... I NEVER once said that.
I just don't thing we should be giving them money (in any form) to attend our schools.
They should be developing the college system in their country.
Your making things up and just trying to be hurtful.

If you don't like the topic than don't comment.

Or maybe you would like some other hard hitting college tennis topics such as:
1. Which team has the best uniforms,
2. What racket does the best college player use, or maybe......
3. Which team has the best looking girls or guy's.

Lol, nice diversion from the plethora of threads you’ve made to the contrary.

Can't help myself.........….Numerous programs are self-sustaining through donations and endowments set up for the tennis teams. Other sports do this as well.
