Any clue? Is it the D shape or the W shape? I would guess the D shape but I dont want to get too flat a shape - I hate Head grip shapes.

It's just my guess but I think it's like this (once you get to the grip choices, read the info above them):

H - Head
D - Dunlop
W - Wilson
P - Prince

I like Wilson grip shape the most.

I think it's a D, but I could be wrong. If you changed your mind about the shape, or wanted to go smaller or bigger, I believe you can get the pallets replaced at a later stage.

I tried to do something similar with Head - two chances, slim and non and slim appeared to be out of town!

And you can definitely ask - the customer service I've received from them is incredible.

i think the default grip shape, which is dunlop, is closest to babolat, if i recall. though, i've only hit with a bab about a handful of times. man, I can't wait to get my vantage. vt001 prebuilt in white. sweeeet!!! also, 2 brown leather grips. I hope people got in early on the prebuilts, 'cause they're all gone. i went to the site around 10 pm est on tues. night. wanted the vt001 in black and some tan leather grips, but didn't order. woke up in the morning, all the black frames were gone, as were all the tan leathers. kind of glad i got "stuck" with the white frame. as someone else posted the other day, people always notice white frames and ask you questions because you don't see that many anymore. i get that when i pull out my old spectrum comp. can't wiat.

My guess would be D also... Paul at Vantage probably won't be answering emails much, he'll be busy building racquets for the next 2 months lol.

I heard that "D" is the closest to Babolat. I like Babolat grip shape's too, and the "D" on the Vantage website looks like it.

The Babolat grip , according to Paul, actually falls between the "D"unlop and the "W"ilson. He typically recommends the "D" for Babolat, as it is also the Tecnifibre and many Volkls. Hope this helps.
