Sinner and Djokovic had Italian physios. Alcaraz and Nadal have Spanish physios. When was the last Slam won by an ATP player without an Italian or Spanish physio? Incidentally Djokovic has been awful for most of the year since he fired his Italian physio Marco Panichi in January.

The answer is Medvedev at the 2021 USO as he has a French physio Erik Hernandez. It is the only Slam won by an ATP player in this decade without an Italian or Spanish physio.
