Muguruza and Pliskova are borderline veterans at this point. They are not that young. I think that Sharapova clone Yastremska or some other young players are missing. To answer your question, Osaka and Shapovalov.

Tsitsipas and Shapovalov I guess?

Imagine Roddick at 20 coming off a 21-19 AO QF win now. Also American. The hype would be insane.

Tsitsipas probably thinks he's the most marketable person ever fired out of a womb but he looks incredibly gangly and that moustache is just creepy. The most marketable is Zverev, by a mile. Best looking of the bunch and he already has a good chemistry with crowds.

Tsitsipas looks like a used car or cologne salesman.

And Zverev looks like that.

Plus the names. Sasha Zverev rolls off the tongue a hell of a lot better than Stefanos Tsitsipas. I've tried to teach my brother the pronunciation like 5 times and he still hasn't got it.

Nobody . You can't be bankable if you can't maintain any consistency for more than a month. You're not going to get much of a following when you disappear off the radar after a brief hot stint.

Its kind of like Rios. Had all the talent to be a major superstar. Ridiculous talent. But he ends up just disappearing out of nowhere basically. So he could never get that backing

That's cynical as hell, but it's also at least half right. SOMEONE is going to fill the void, but being marketable is not just about looks and magnetism but also winning. Also, young players change looks unpredictably, so some of these guys are going to be bald or at least not half as marketable lookswise by the time they win big. Look even at Nadal, who was the poster child for a young, exciting prodigy. He had everything but a good sounding voice in English. He was young, great build, long hair, pirate pants, sleeveless shirt. I guess people remember that now when they watch him, but he's now thicker and mostly bald. That young mystique is totally gone.
