Kyrgios is the only one with potential game. I still doubt Zverev although I wish he improves drastically to have a breakthrough year.

It was his shoulder aswell at the US Open i think.

He's never going to be Nadal, someone who can focus single mindedly on tennis at all times! Maybe one day he'll stay in the groove for two weeks and win a major
I want him to do well so badly. But he doesnt do the core workout to stay healthy.

What can we do? Hypnosis over distance, is that possible? Kidnap him and force him?

Daaaaa its so frustrating

I can see you as a motherly influence confiscating his ice cream and milkshake :D

I'd let him be my workout partner, He wouldn't even be able to play basketball after a gym session with me. And he'd keep me entertained
Is it any news about him btw? How is his health?

Maybe we could email the pope and ask the pope for help. Nick is a Christian after all.

I have equally low confidence in any of them, besides Rublev and Khanchov who reside at the very bottom of the heap.

Probably Zzzzzzzverev will win a few outside of the slams.

Latest Kyrgios update. Sounds promising if you believe what he says, though he still doesn't have a coach!

Great great article! Made my day :D

Hope he reads this and see our genuine care for him.
"To bring someone on, it is tough to know if they are just doing it for the sake of getting some cash or if they have best interests at heart," said Kyrgios. "And so far I haven’t found anyone to meet those requirements as a full time coach.”

Do we have the requirements @George Turner ?
I think so!

Absolutely we do, we're totally altruistic! Just don't let him watch me serve!

This might be the crux of the problem for young St. Nick. What he thinks of as his best interests and what someone else thinks to be in Nick's best interest are likely to collide. He doesn't strike me as someone who takes advice readily.

Kyrgios is the most capable at the slams. The only problem is he has to reach them first. He loses to no name "Joe Blow" too often. He must find a way to pump himself up for the early rounds as well as the big matches.

Definitely kyrgios, he's a combined 5-4 vs Fedalovic (that's incredible even though none of them are at their best anymore, those are still living legends at the end of the day). Nick thrives in these moments whenever he gets to go up against the top dogs, he also has the most lethal game, and most importantly, unlike a lot of the other players in the top 10-20, Kyrgios isn't afraid of challenging the top players. If only he was less vulnerable in the earlier rounds and was actually able to take his lesser opponents seriously, he would've been able to do a lot of damage in this league already. It truly sucks to see this amount of talent being wasted in this manner, hopefully he puts it together soon, the league needs a guy like him in the future when everyone retires.
