Who can beat Djokovic at Wimbledon this year?

I'm not saying he's unbeatable, but looking at the other players, I am struggling to find someone who could give him a really close match, apart from maybe Federer again. I don't know about the young guys on grass if they are any good.

I want Fed to be able to get a good match, but we need to see how much this next training block improves his game and fitness. Otherwise, I'd think it would be difficulty to line up 6-7 good matches to make it to Nole.

I don't think anyone else really stands out. Plenty of maybes if they are playing their A game and Djoker is playing his C- game.

A Kevin Anderson type upset could beat him. Still can’t believe he survived that Anderson match in ‘15. Nadal perhaps. Federer if he has another miracle in him.

but I’d say a Kevin Anderson type, serve-bot-y kinda upset. Like Milos, Kyrgios, something wacky like that. He did lose to Sam in 2016(?) IIRC

Wishful thinking for Roger, but I don't think anyone has the ability to really beat djokovic right now, except for rafa, but grass not so much

If it is going to be a big serve it might have to be someone ranked out of the top 20, to face Djoker in the early rounds. Otherwise I think the big servers in the top 20 might not make it to face Djoker in the quarters or deeper.

Medvedev, Zverev , Tsitsipas all these big tall guys can compete on grass byt beating would be a different thing altogether. Federer and nadal I feel can beat him there. Of the rest someone like kyrgios in a 2nd 3rd rd could be tricky but just to tell djokovic is undefeated on center court since 2013 final against Andy Murray.

Do we know if Fedr will play at Wim at all? Oh, we do not! Even if he does, Fedr may be able to play above avrg. for a sole set. Not 3, 4, or 5. Forget him. He is a pensioner.

7 foot Opelka? After all, he won the Wimbledon boys title.
Can't happen. The beard slows him too much on quick surfaces like grass.

p.s. have you SEEN the beard?

p.p.s. also, Boys divisions don't work on their return game to the level Tour Pros do. Bigfoot is much more likely to cross a Great Returner before he gets to DJ. (Diego, et. al.).

p.p.p.s. isn't tennis nerding fun?

ATG Murray. Murray has a record of 2-0 in grass v Djoker with a 1-0 in Wim finals. According to TTW experts, that's all that is needed to judge who will beat Djoker 8-B I mean look at his carnivorous teeth. Vegan Nole is no match for this meat eating beast

They are not allowed to play in the same league, these two. The GOAT is not a para-tennis player with a metal hip so he does not fall in the same category.

Lol he is not like Rafa on RG, so most of the players on his day can defeat him
Most players? Hardly. Only a few have a shot. He has won five Wimbledon titles, reached six finals overall, and has an additional three semis because most players cannot beat him there.

Realistically Nadal, or some plucky guy who catches him on an off day. I don't Federer has a chance at all, I see Roger getting knocked out last-16 or Quarters.

As long as the weather is hot and court bouncy, Nadal (outdoor with no roof) if they met which surely would at the latter stages of which i fancy his chances.
