Nishikori. His forehand is pretty nice looking too. Also Fognini's as well. Djokovic has a bigger loop than I prefer on the backhand, but it still looks pretty nice.

edit: when he was on the tour, I'd take Nalbandian's any day of the week. Over Safin btw

It does seem odd that Rafa doesn't execute a mule kick BH for high balls. Even Roger F has been seen doing a 2-handed mule kick BH:
