Who deserves to win the 2011 Stefan Edberg Sportsmanship Award?

We are talking about sportsmanship, something that Djerkovic doesn't even understand, much less exhibit. He is a cretin.

No, Djokovic is Serbian.

Maybe you're confusing him with Baghdatis (who is a Cypriot, but that's close to Crete). Crap, this map doesn't extend far enough east to show Cyprus.

You obviously need to re-read the title of the thread.

Yep. And Cvac wasn't able to do sh*t all against Fedal consistently until they both started to decline. Where was he before he found his magic potion,Roger got old,and Nadal's body and mental toughness went south? We all know the answer to those questions, but **** Sams will spin it every which way he can to try and make Cvac look like some Tennis God.

I doubt you know what sportsmanship even means. Go look it up in a dictionary. We've seen the great sportsmanship from Federer and Nadal...2 guys who can't handle losing other than to eachother. Care to remind us of Federer's comments after the Berdych loss at Wimbledon? Or how about Super-nice Rafa taking MTOs and getting illegal coaching whenever he's under pressure (Petchshener Wimby 2010 ring a bell?)
How awesome is it that Djokovic has won more titles this year than Federer and Nadal combined?
Djokovic isn't interested in kissing their asses. And we all know those 2 guys love having their asses kissed. The fact that Djokovic doesn't worship them and is more than happy to humiliate them every chance he gets makes it all the more fun. If they want to do something about it then get on the court and try it. This is professional sports...not a bloody popularity contest.

LOL! Yeah....didn't Nadal also start feasting on Federer all the way back to 2008 when Federer had mono and started losing to everybody? It's hilarious that Nadal became #1 when Federer visibly began to decline in every area. Where was Nadal when Federer was prime?
Now the same thing is happening to Nadal. Except the only difference is that Nadal is basically in his prime right now and the only guy who has stopped him this season is Djokovic.
You're just another bitter ******* who can't handle reality. Face it, Djokovic ripped Nadal's heart out and pissed on it and now Nadal is scared to death of Djokovic much the same way Federer is scared to death of Nadal.:)
Oh yeah, I think winning 3 Slams and 5 Masters is pretty close to the level of God! Not many people in history including peak Federer can do what Djokovic has done this year.
Delusional *******!

Again, you seem to be having some real difficulty comprehending the subject matter. Is English not your first language?

No one is saying that Djokovic isn't a good tennis player, so you need to stop getting all upset. This discussion is about sportsmanship, not talent.

And since I am not a big fan of any of these guys, your feeble rant has no effect on me. You are young, yes? You definitely sound like it.

With the exception of Quereshi, the nominations were created with TTtardom in mind. Put the three "toppers" on any list and you are guaranteed holy war on this board. Obviously, as the STE editorial stated, it's time to get away from the easy spotlight lift the ATP is interested in. Sportsmanship starts off the court...gamesmanship is another story.
