Tiafoe and then Berrettini are by far the nicest and most likable guys, would love to see either get a Slam

Alcaraz and Kyrgios are the most talented and most likely to produce something memorable so would love to see them actually bring a Slam winning level

Would still be happy with any of the other winners.

Kyrgios >Alcaraz >Sinner right now but winner of Alcaraz and Sinner will be equal to Kyrgios in chances I think

I don't really have a favorite. I just want to see some more good tennis. The tournament just got super interesting because a new Slam champ is on the horizon, and unlike 2020 there are crowds which bring more energy to the matches and the level of play is higher.

Nick. He's the oldest here and is the only one with the game to consistently trouble the greats. He needs it more, and so does tennis.

No one needs to see Ruud become The New Thiem

Second choice is Frances for many reasons

You mean Thiem with an 18-21 record against the big 3. You mean that guy? We should be so lucky to see another player of that caliber.

Sinner or Alcaraz would be good for the sport in the long term. I am torn about Nick. Love the guy's tennis but don't like him one bit.

I'm not a Thiem fan as I think everyone knows and I figured you'd all read the sarcasm dripping off my post

Anyone but not a ****ing clown!
If Nick wins this USO will he still be a clown? I'm trying to understand the mindset behind this and ask this with no sarcasm, just genuine curiosity. Or is his clownhood erased if he actually wins a major title?

I absolutely despise Zverev and regard him as a quintessential clown, but if he ever wins a slam, he's definitely no longer a clown.
