Ok, let's break down how Federer, Murray and Wawrinka has performed since 2010.
Roger Federer: 3 Grand Slams titles, 7 GS finals (all four), 8 M1000, 2 Masters, 28 overall titles, 40 weeks at N°1 in 2 different periods.
Andy Murray: 3 Grand Slams titles, 10 GS finals (all four), 10 M1000, 1 Masters, 2 Gold medal in singles, 30 overall titles, 13 weeks at N°1, YE#1 in 2016.
Stan Wawrinka: 3 Grand Slam titles, 3 GS finals, 1 M1000, 14 overall titles.

I voted Stan actually, even though his resume outside of slams is vastly inferior.

No one before 2014 would have ever imagined him winning multiple GS titles.

Fed's decade has almost been disappointing. After the AO win in 2010 many foresaw him winning 20+GS.

Murray has performed well but we knew he would break through.

^ Yeah its def not Stan. I need more consistency than he offers. Its prob Murray by a hair. But I hesitate b/c the eye test says Fed...
Lots of love for Olympic gold, but no love for Fed's 2 WTF's and 3 additional RU's from OP?:confused: Edit: I know see it's the Masters. Still think 3 RU's deserves mention here as well though.

Fed on the eye test - when has Murray been greater than Fed in this time period? Probably a year and a bit from Olympics 2012 and onwards. And then again from after the AO last year (I would def. argue Fed was the better player in 2015 though Murray ended up 2nd by virtue of playing more). So two full years or so, 2,5 if you're being generous. That leaves 4,5-5 years to Fed. And I would presume he leads their h2h by a fair margin in this period too.

Also, I don't think you can say Murray was close to winning the slam finals, he lost. I do think you can say that for Fed for a few of them. If that counts.
That said, it is quite close between him and Murray.

OP forgot to add 2 YEC for Fed and I YEC for Murray and 3 YEC final for Fed
It's close between Murray and Fed, but Murray takes it just slightly.

the YEC is referred to as the masters there. Initially, even I thought it was missing.

2 Masters for Fed and 1 for Murray.

federer vs Murray ...year-wise :

10 - federer
11 - federer
12 - federer
13 - murray
14 - federer
15 - federer (maybe debatable if you only consider points/consistency)
16 - murray

even if you give 15 to Murray, its still 4 years for federer to 3 years for murray

or if you look at like @Chanwan above , it comes out to be about the same ...~4.5 years for fed to 2.5 years for Murray ..

Federer-Murray 2010-present: 10-5 Federer.

IMO, despite what the rankings say, Federer was better in 2015 than Murray. More slam finals, WTF final and more wins against the top players, including Djokovic.

Voted for Stan. He has captured the imagination of fans and neutrals alike. Federer did that in the previous decade already. Murray is Murray. Only very odd people like him.

Andy Murray, and it's not freaking close.
Why not? I think it's very close and am leaning quite a bit towards Fed if I have to chose.
Murray on accomplishments and consistency.
Why?

Murray has 3 majors , 2 OG , 1 WTF and 1 Davis Cup. The decade is not yet over.

Slam runs were weak but still that is boatload of achievements

Fed has 3 majors , 2 WTF and 1 DC . His slam runs were epic .

Stan has 3 majors and 1 D.C. Great runs at the majors.

Have to go with Fed given that he was more closer to winning at least 1 major more (2014 Wimb)

Murray has 3 more slam finals, 2 more M1000s, 2OGs

Fed has the 1 extra YEC and a bunch of smaller tournaments.

Time at #1 from 2010 doesn't make sense especially since starting in 2010, as it was based on points from 2009.
