Who Has The Greatest Name In Tennis History?

I have no idea what the correct pronunciation is (maybe someone will help me) but I always found it more fun to say

goRON eeVANeeSAYvich
rather than the more common

Goren EEvunEEsuhvich

(also pardon my complete lack of mastery of linguistic/punctuation symbols)

This is the WINNER by far.
My second is FABIO FOGNINI.
Something about the name that oozes sexiness.
It's like Vito Corleone ya know.
Wow, talk about reality vs perception! Although I guess the "oozing" part is spot-on...

Fognini in Italian actually means sewage workers - the guys who would go into the sewers to clean them out, emerging literally covered in **** from head to toe. The word comes from "fogna", or sewer - which is also, appropriately, Fabio's longtime nickname.

Reto Schmidli deserves a nod, not so much for the sound of his name but rather for the distinction of actually serving up double bagels to a guy more associated with baking them for his opponents. Now the “double bagelee” is very GOAT-like while Reto has added a few pounds around the midsection and spends his days in/on court defending parking infraction tickets he has issued as a policeman in Basel municipal courts.

I'd also give an honorable mention to Beatrice Capra, the once-promising junior who was double-bageled by Sharapova in the 3R of the 2010 US Open. Her name, of course, means Beatrice GOAT.

Oh yeah, and then there's Ryan Peniston.

There are so many candidates - whether you're looking for alliteration, rhyming names, names that flow or ones that somehow fit, such as Ilie (Nasty) Nastase.

Perusing the current ATP top 100, some that come to mind which weren't mentioned are: Pablo Cuevas, Casper Ruud, Marco Cecchinato (Matteo Berrettini ain't bad, either) and Egor Gerasimov.

For the women, Elina Svitolina, Naomi Osaka, Sloane Stephens, Anna Blinkova, Sorana Cirstea.

You seem spited :)
Not at all. Was up last night watching him clinch a marathon 2 set victory for the ages over Isner at the legendary Laver Cup, then graciously allow Zverev to win it for the team. Wasn't sure whether to feel awe, grace or gratitude so I pushed myself to feel all three.

All cool sounding names. Also, in my opinion it's better sounding when last name has more letters than first.
