John Sadri (n° 14 ATP, finalist Australian Open 1979) is the most arrogant. Everyone (other players and journalists) hated him.
Rios too ! His answer about Vilas is really incredible ! Rios is nothing, compared to Vilas !

Arrogant Federer arrogantly lets someone else win a poll for once, just as he arrogantly refused to take those match points in the last 2 US Open Semis, thinking "I've already won this five times, I don't need to win it again!"

Fed is confident. He thinks if he plays his best he'll win. Not an underserved thought.

I voted for Connors, largely because of Brad Gilbert's book where he writes that after beating Connors once, Jimbo told Gilbert that he was such a bad player, that he (Connors) would never lose to him again.

I think Connors needed to develop a hatred for his opponents to play his best. The nicest thing he said about Borg was: "Borg is Borg."

On the other hand, just about every player likes Fed.

I used to think that Federer is arrogant but reading his tweets made me realize I was wrong.

This is just sad and even further proves how hated Fed is.

Oh how hard is to be a Fed fan, if only I was a fan of a humble spirited sexy rebel who saved tennis instead but alas I like Fed's game more (those artistic elegant strokes).
