There is definitely no way the winner of Nieminen/Srichaphan will trouble Federer, seeing as how good he is playing right now, so Federer is pretty much set to make the finals.
On the other half of the draw, it's a little more open.
With Blake/Andreev and Baghdatis/Nadal left in the quarterfinals, any one of these four has a great chance of making the final against Fed. I'd say Blake has a pretty good shot over Andreev while Nadal vs. Baghdatis will be an interesting match. Neither have played each other before and both seem to enjoy the conditions in Indian Wells. And then the winner will have their hands full against Blake (most likely).
I pick Nadal to make the final in a very close three-set win over Blake after playing a tight straight setter over Baghdatis. But then again, I never predicated Baghdatis taking out Roddick (well maybe I did), Ljubicic (no way), and Nalbandian (absolutely not) in succession at the Australian. We'll just have to see.
And while waiting, let's hear some more opinions about this.
