Great product not good company that runs it out of NYC...
However there are soo may great products these days that it would require miracle + good customer service for them to get ANY traction and I don't believe in miracles and they don't have good customer service so...
It’s a great product under the worst manager I’ve ever dealt with. It wouldn’t take a miracle, just new leadership.

Donnay has been owned by Sports Direct International in the UK. Sports Direct had been taken over by Fraser’s Group. Donnay tennis licenses the name Donnay from Sports Direct, they have no involvement in Donnay Tennis Racquets. That’s xenecore that has the license for Donnay Tennis Racquets.

Received a reply from Sports Direct and they’re no longer involved with Donnay.

The top crosses are virtually impossible to install if you don't weave'em before starting the mains. If you do that you'll be fine. I have never seen such a tight bumper guard with so badly blocked holes.
That’s bizarre

I believe it would take a miracle with big 4 dominating and prince tecnifibre Solinco Dunlop Volkl Pacific fighting for scraps.

I almost bought a few 2012 Pro One 16x19's a long time ago. Even then I thought their customer service was awful and I found the prices on their rackets laughable. For a company trying to make a comeback they were trying to charge like at least 50 more per racket than the most expensive competitor.

If you thought they were bad in 2012 you should see how bad they are today. The person running it is absolutely incompetent, rude and unprofessional.

It's a shame, I was looking for a little flexier version of the Youtek Prestige Pro I was using at the time at the Pro One looked perfect on paper. Luckily for me the TFight 315 Limited came out a year later accessibly and affordably and fit the bill perfectly as well.
