Who so far is more intimidating in this years WTF?

We have seen Wawrinka start off with a 6:1 6:1, only to have it repeated by Djokovic and the Djokovic simply steamrolling and destroying Wawrinka. I thought that was a statement and pretty scary for everybody standing in his way.
It couldn't get much worse, could it?
Then came Federer! Taking Murray apart and leaving him with a pity game to take home! Convincingly winning his group, not dropping a set...
A pretty firm answer back!
So who do you think has been more scary and intimidating? Federer or Djokovic?
Which one was the bigger win - Wawrinka 3 and 0 or Murray 0 and 1?
It seems almost impossible, that Djokovic / Federer will not meet either in the Semis or the finals! Who do you think is the favorite based on their performances so far at the o2?

Djokovic has looked better and is the favorite. Federer should give him a fight though.

This. Very much this.
Djokovic has looked impeccable these last two tourneys, and is the favorite for sure. But Federer has also had his bright moments, and definitely has the potential to take the title.

Djokovic play like a cyborg. It's uncanny. I just don't think Federer can beat him on this court at this point in his career. Djokovic can just play too much neutralizing tennis. They should speed it up for the final.

My thoughts too, but I do think Fed's got a chance. Say 30-70 or so.

Novak is going to go all the way i think. His indoor form is very high at the moment and i haven't seen anything from federer in his first two matches that look like troubling novak. This court looks slower than shanghai and even there fed played at a very good level. I'm giving him a 20-25% chance of beating novak if they meet in the final.

Djokovic - he had more difficult opponents. He beat two this year slam winners to pulp.
Don't make me laugh. Djokovic has the Barnum & Bailey Circus in his group. At least Federer has a two time slam, 9 time Masters 1000 winner in his group (Murray) even though Murray is in poor form. Federer also has the most talented out of the younger generation in his group (Nishikori.)

Be honest, if you were hand picking the group for Djokovic would you seriously pick Nishikori and Murray given his h2hs with them? If you say yes, I know you are lying.

Djokovic has beaten Murray pretty convincingly in his last meetings with him and he can always turn things around in regard to Nishikori.

I was saying from the beginning that Novak would trade groups in a heartbeat. Djokovic just destroyed the whole Federer's group in Paris. There is no one there to pose any threat to Novak at this point, while all of Wawrinka, Cilic or Berdych can be quite tricky if on fire.

Novak's group is more difficult. No question about it.

Disagree about Berdych. He rolls over for anybody not named Federer who is ranked above him.

Are you kidding? What has Murray done this year? You can't hang on to that "2 time slam" argument as some sort of example of Murray being in sizzling form.

Nishikori? Yes. Murray? No.

They both look ok but I think Nadal would have beaten them both.
Exactly! Nadal is already the moral winner of the WTF!!

As for runner-up they should have asked Fed and Nole to play a best of 3 matches mini-tourney to determine the tornament 'winner'/moral runner-up. One has to wonder why the rest of the guys showed up. Nishikori has been 'best of the rest' it seems and even he can't string one service game without a DF.

First of all, why does the past matter in this discussion? All slam winners from 2014 (current year form) were in Novak's group. Murray is clearly not the player that was a part of the "Big Four".
The final will show who the better player at that moment is and both of them definitely want to win. At that point, the YE #1 will be decided. Seems at this point that the two of them are the only ones that care about the outcome of their WTF matches.

The only person who can hurt Djokovic here is Federer. Doesn't matter who else from these two groups, or anyone else for that matter, in his way, he beats them convincingly.

To quote the iconic line from Godzilla 2014 -

"Let them fight."
