Who told you to change the website........?

There was nothing wrong with the old website. PLUS - I knew where everything was. NOW? I can't find diddly. IMHO - you should probably NOT pay attention to the consultants who tell you to "modernize". All that means is changing what your loyal customers are used to seeing. Now you look terrible and I can't find anything. In other words - no reason to come back when I need to buy something. You are the same as all the other tennis retail websites (whose web navigation is ALSO a mystery to me).

If you ask me - the change was not a good idea...

I think I saw another thread on this the other day but yeah its tough. I don't think a lot us "regulars" like it but maybe it's more beginner friendly to someone looking for their first racquet.
TW is a business obviously and they need to optimize to get sales, maybe this will help...?

Personally, I love how much info and easy to find things on the old website. Now, to get a Wilson racquet you have to click on a racquet tab and then Wilson and each item is so spaced out/blocky.

I'd say the biggest thing is the specs being on the bottom. The specs used to be on the right side right after clicking on the racquet.

In fact, the specs are gone altogether for used racquet. Here is an example https://www.tennis-warehouse.com/orderusedproduct.html?pcode=Q5KI30
