Djokovic uses lead at 12 by the way, and likely the majority of pros (under the head guard).

Djokovic, we've already seen, definitely has lead at 12.

Del Po, there's a possibility he has lead at 12, cant say for sure.

For a lot of these pros, 2-3 grams of lead at 12 oclock can make a world of difference to their shots. So it's not unlikey, that many players have done this type of customization.

Most pros use under 60 flex, especially head pros

In Djokovics case, his rackets are strung around 59lbs or so, but since his rackets have a heavy weight and much heavier swingweight, his racket gives lots of power
