So Djokovic could possibly equal Federer's slam tally in a few years (still a big if), but who will be the biggest obstacle facing him in the year 2021 and beyond?
I think Felix will most likely be the biggest obstacle for Djokovic once he gets into the top 10.
IF there is someone I left out in the poll please drop some other names.

Aren't you the one who is so confident that Djokovic will never reach Fed?

Going with Tsitsipas, Shapovalov and Felix as the big three to replace the current big three.

In all seriousness though, the new Slam winners will be Tsitsipas and Felix. They will duke it out. I thought at one point Shapovalov would lead his generation but he's really stagnant and has regressed somewhat. There is still hope though but the other two will definitely will Slams and most likely be #1. Thiem will snag a RG or two if he can wait out Rafa.

I think Tsitsipas should start from learning how to get past the first round of a slam.

Federer and Nadal. On the seniors tour.
(fingers crossed)

You should really take one look on Tsitsipas' return stats if you think he has the makings of a great, big champion. There's nothing really special about his game.

How often have we seen players like these going from promising to pro missing?

Sadly way too often. We really need some new blood. They don't have to be always beating the big 3, but consistent deep runs, a couple of big match wins and snaring away a slam or two would be just fine.

Well, we agree on this. ;)

Well it sure as heck wont be Raggedy Ann (aka Zverev). My guess is either Tsitsipas or Auger Aliassime. On clay it will be Thiem though (maybe Nadal but I see him slowing down even on clay soon enough).
