Who will Djokovic surpass first in the H2H...Federer or Nadal?

Mike Sams

G.O.A.T.
Djokovic is closing in on both legendary players in the H2H.
Right now, Federer leads Djokovic 16-13 in the H2H.
Nadal leads Djokovic 19-15 in the H2H.

What do you think the chances are that Djokovic will lead both Federer and Nadal in the H2H at the end of their careers?

lolwut, djokovic is lead by both federer and nadal in the h2h? And people call him a GOAT? Hell, even murray at least leads federer in the h2h.

Nadal...first and only.

Federer will stay ahead.

no chance in hell if things keep going the way they should.
with nadal its questionable how good he will preform outside of clay (they could end up playing another 5 times this year, or none), whereas i expect him to meet fed in ****loads of semis from here on out.

Djokovic will reverse the H2H with both Nadal and Federer before the end of his career.

I think Federer/Djokovic might (big might) meet twice more. I think Federer will most likely get taken out in most brackets before he meets Djokovic again. So in the end, I think Federer will retain at least an even H2H with Djokovic.

Nadal is more interesting. I just can't say. I don't see Djokovic winning every meeting from here on out. On clay, I think Nadal still has an edge when he's in form. Djokovic obviously is better on hardcourt, but he has shown he is beatable by other top players. So I can't say one way or the other. I think in a year this question will be easier to answer.

I wish he would get leading h2h with Federer.....that way the ******* has losing h2h with all his current contemporaries.

Nadal will obviously go down in about 2 years time as far as h2h is concerned!

Yeah, and Federer will still be better than all of them. What does that tell you about H2H?

In terms of GS count? Sure yes....when you face mugs like Roddick, Bhagdatis, Gonzalez, Hewitt, Phillipouses and Safin all through your peak years, you are bound to rake up slams

Imagine if Djoker had to only face Ferrer, Tsonga, Berdych, Delpo & Tipser all through his career.

Not anyone's fault....but Fed was lucky to capitalize on weak era. 2008 and Nadal starts performing on other surfaces and we all know what happened!

Enjoys!

exactly! and plus now if those guys dont beat federer...it shows that the old man's talent and work is still better than a grinder. Djokovic should get a lead in the H2H vs fed but if he doesnt and its not because of brackets then its a big shame for him. Im pretty sure he will reverse the H2H with Rafa but honestly H2H doesnt mean scrap. Nadal has a losing H2H vs davydenko and rosol. Djokovic has a losing H2H record to Roddick. Its the overall greatness that matters.

At the end of the day Fed has 17 slams while Nadal has 11 and Djokovic has 6. And also the non-peak Fed has still beaten Novak twice at GS since 2011 and even bageled him at cincy.
