I hope Karlovic wins today...he's in Marcos' side of the draw if I'm not mistaken :-)

Now I'm hoping for a Cro final....Karlovic vs. Ljubicic :-) Ok, I'm dreaming now.... :-)

Karlovic broken with a DF for 5-4 in the first
He doesn't serve as well as in Tuesday.

and clement is strugling to hold!Ela Lukas!!!

Edit:6-4 first set to Llodra.

Llodra wasted match points now serving for 6-6 in the second.

And Clement serving for the match

He almost chocked!!If he plays like that against Bagdatis,I doubt Marcos will manage...out-choke him!:p Arnaud beat him in Lyon in 3 sets-Marcos made 11 df! I think they will play tomorrow.hhehe

this is the tournament of the chockers!! Ljubo couldn't convert 3 Sps and now it went to TB!His returns are horrible.

I am going with Youzhny on this one. I think he has a very solid game for the surface and he is playing pretty good. Ljubicic has had some troubles and so has Baghdadis.

Ljubo managed to win after 2 and a half hours of a boring match
Ljubicic def Koubek 7-6(6) 6(5)-7 6-4 after Koubek Doublefaulted giving him 3 match points.

i second that he has yet to really struggle in his opening matches. Ofcourse he hasnt really been tested

Ljubicic will fall somewhere before finals either Johansson or Youzhny in semi finals.

A boring match which I saw live. Agh...the wrong day to go watch tennis. I spent 4 and a half hours sitting in that tiny chair, with absolutely no space for legs, to watch Karlovic's pathetic returns, and Ljubicic sinking to Koubek's level.
Ljubicic has to raise his game up a level or 2 if he wants to get to the finals, and let alone beat Baghdatis.

Yeah, first time I saw Ljubo losing his temper!

Yes!Break again for Marcos
Baghdatis Clement 6-2 *4-3

Marcos plays very clever and Arnaud can do nothing with Marco's serve.:) No resemplance to their match in Lyon.:D

Peya v Baghdatis
Players have never versed each other before.

Hahah..they re-scheduled the matches because of handball. The play was supposed to start at 6 pm, but at that time there is the handball match on TV..umm..Croatia vs. someone...I don't follow that at all, so they were afraid the stands would be empty (which they would :-))

It should be a piece of cake for Marcos..but Ljubicic will have quite a job in front of him. Hope he wins.

Well the early loss in the AO might have indeed helped relieve the pressure from what we can see from the immediately next event but it's still early to tell.

Go Marcos!

MArcos is in the final!:)
allez marcos !!! :D
