Rookie
the title says it all

1. Australian Open
2. French Open
3. Wimbledon
4. Us Open

and i geuss the Masters cup (even though it is not a grand slam)

Austrailian Open - Djokovic
French Open - Nadal
Wimbledon - Murray
Us Open - Federer

Wouldn't it be amazing if Murray won Wimbledon?

Tsonga? nah ill say he will fall at semi's if not quaters.. would he really outplay djokovic, nadal, murray or federer? coz he has to play at least 2 of them to win the title.. assume they all reach the quaters which im sure they will. He didnt do great at the TMC and hes still streaky..

AO - Murray or fed ill say, if not then a surprise winner.
FO - Nadal
WB - Federer with a dark horse like roddick (depending on how well his new coach does for him)
USO - Federer or Djo or Murray.

AO- Donald Young
FO- Wayne Odesnik
WB- Vince Spadea
USO- Bjorn Phau!!!

Ok for real.....

AO- Tsonga over Roddick 46 64 75 57 63
FO- Nadal over Murray 63 64 61
WB-Murray over Simon 26 63 67 76 64
USO-Federer over Blake 76 62 36 64

Nalbandian hopefully for Australian Open. Four straight runs to at least the quarter finals. If he plays on Rod Laver Arena for the majority of his matches, the indoor environment should see him easily into another quarter final.

As for the other tournaments, the same old Federer/Nadal bore fest.
Who cares anymore.

Aussie: Murray
FO: Nadal
Wimby: Nadal
US: Djokovic

I guess it depends on how Djokovic focuses in the offseason I suppose. I think he can right the ship by the US. Murray will start off strong.

Australian Open- Federer
French Open- Nadal
Wimbledon- Federer or Nadal (hopefully Nadal)
U.S Open- Federer or Murray

Women:

Australian Open: Jankovic
French Open: Jankovic
Wimbledon: Venus
U.S Open: Venus or Safina

right now for the australian, i have verdasco, lopez, cilic, berdych, or soderling to make an improbable run to the finals. because it happens every year in melbourne.

French. Nadal will go for 5. but we will see how his knee holds up and the pressures of being number 1 are, but no one can play as well on clay as rafa. 2009 is federers last chance.

Wimbledon. Federer will make sure he gets it. murray can make a final but it is alot of pressure, so count on guys like nadal and gasquet to go deep.

US open. if you look back, the us open finals is very easy to predict. whoever wins cincy is in the us open final the last 4 years. some years its the winner of cincy vs. the winner of canada. so whoever is playing well in the us open series will get to the final. you have to like federer, del potro, murray, novak, and nishikori to finally break through.

Australian Open: Nadal, if he's feeling well, if not then Murray.
Roland Garros: Nadal
Wimbledon: Federer
US Open: Federer

Australian Open: (Djokovic) Many contenders for this. Federer, Murray, Tsonga. But I feel Djokovic is slightly ahead.

French Open: (Nadal). He ensures that he's at his physical peak during that time. The question is, will he loose a set.

Wimbledon: (Nadal). Federer and Murray are close.

US Open: (Federer): Again a close call. Can be anyone between Murray, Djokovic, Nadal, Federer.

Australian Open - Djokovic.
French Open - Nadal
Wimbledon - Murray
US Open - Federer

One a piece for the big 4 :)

Great year at the Majors

Aussie: Roddick v. Murray -> Murray
(I'm giving this a chance because Roddick gets hot whenever he starts with a new coach-Stefanki did well with Gonzo and I think Andy has even more potential.)

French: Djokovic v. Nadal
Djokovic v. Federer (depends on seeding) -> Federer or Nadal
(I can conceive of Djokovic displacing Fed as #2 or Fed reclaiming #1 by that time.) =>> Nadal

Wimby: Federer v. Nadal ->Nadal
(I would love to see Fed reclaim his crown as King of Grass Courts, but I'm predicting it won't happen this year. Nadal can probably pull off the back-to-back again.)

USO: Djokovic v. Murray -> Murray
(I'm loving Murray this year and I think Djokovic comes out as a feather weight in all their matchups. Murray can probably make it to #2 and dogfight it out at YEC Masters Cup time, especially since it'll be in London.)

I think a lot of entertaining matches will come up and make for good conversation this year.

If you'd like to tell me I'm crazy go right ahead,

Easy question .... *drum roll* Federer wins all four slams. Was there even a doubt?

Case closed.

eh, some of you previous posters forgot to mention who'll win the olympics.
omg you mean they have the Olympics everywhere. Silly me, i've been missing it 3 years out of every 4 !!!!
