Just curious. BTW, It seems JCF's almost disappeared.

Coria. Whose better than Coria on clay atm? Gaudio. Who has a good chance of dominating the French because he's just as good. Nadal.

I think Coria also just because, as you pointed out, JCF is pretty much gone from the tennis world right now.

Both at their best I would slightly favor Ferrero to win the match. Coria has better feel in his shots on the clay, but Ferrero hits a much bigger ball. Their movement is very close on clay, maybe barely to Coria.

Confident Ferrero is still the better clay court player in my opinion. He has more power of both wings.
Look for 2003 Monte Carlo final. I saw that match and it wasn't pretty for Coria...

Of course, Coria is much better than Ferrero. Coria has good tennis but weak physical health, while Ferrero doesn't have tennis but good health. From MY PERSONAL AND HUMBLE opinion Ferrero is very close with Safin. They both don't have great tennis and both are healthy ( Safin is a bit stronger), both are not consistent.

What is concerning FO, I think Federer win FO this year. Chances to win FO also has Coria, G. Canas, Safin, Gaudio.

i'd say ferrero...
if you look at the head-to-head at atptennis.com,
it says Ferrero beat Coria two times on clay, and Coria beat Ferrero once on hard...
but as everyone all knows already, ferrero isn't playing real good now....

the match I REALLY REALLY wanna see this year is Roland Garros finals with Coria and Ferrero......
it would be sooooooo awesome....

GUGA WILL BE BACK, and with a new approach (no larri passos). Guga is capable of rolling back the years at Roland Garos, I think he has a chance.

i hope so. guga is the man, i hope he gets better and starts to play well on play. i can see him outserving any of those little clay courters like coria and even ferrero to win another french title. im rooting for him all the way

LMAO Ferrero is does not play great tennis? have you seen him play live? i guess not....he is a very consistent player aykhan + he is not like safin. I also highly doubt Safin will win the FO...(99.9% sure he wont)

Aykhan, why do you think Cañas has a chance of winning the FO

Berdi4, G.Canas was absent for a year or two because of the injury. Among Argentinians he was considered as the best, simply he is 28 now, a little old for tennis. Anyhow IMHO clay courts demand great endurance as an example of Gaudio proved last FO. Since I consider Canas not worser than Gaudio I think he has some chances also.

Wouldn't that be a feat - to win 4 French Opens. Has any other player accomplished that?
