While going through tennis abstract stats for big 3, one thing caught my mind. It was how long the big 3 were top players by statistics and how much their stats match with non big 3 players.

For this , I sorted their years based on Total points won %, Games won % and Matches won %. I took the 10th best season for each of these categories and that is closely resembling their average over the career.

So how good were big 3 in their 10th best seasons? PRETTY DAMN GOOD. Here are the stats.

First up, Djokovic. His consistency is really unparalleled. These are the best seasons for Djokovic on tour.

Federer54.60%58.80%83.60%
Nadal54.30%60.10%82.90%

This is so far above what most number 1 players have.

For comparison, I will post the best seasons by TPW% for some notable people in last 25 years.
All of these players at least reached number 3 in the world so no Tsonga/Berdych/Nishikori/etc.
Also removing Sinner who has this year reached very high numbers rivaling big 3.

Apart from David Ferrer in 2012, Andy Murray in 2016 and Daniil Medvedev in 2021, no one at their best is even close to even 10th best seasons of big 3.
