Why didnt we see 'Booing is disgraceful thread' when Azarenka took MTO ?

Azarenka lost the set in the semi finals of AO 2013 against Sloane, took MTO.

The AO crowd booed her. I dont recollect seeing 'Booing is disgraceful thread' then?

I'm gonna have to go with something a long the lines of, because Azarenka didn't and doesn't (period) have a reputation of taking MTO's in big matches, unfortunately Nadal does, I'm not a Nadal hater, i haven't said anything bad about him since the final but history doesn't lie, whether Nadal's MTO's were legit or not, i don't know but i won't say his the worst cheat ever or anything

Yes, there is great passion for women, but not the women's game.

And she had the honesty to admit that she was dishonest before sanity intruded and she became honest yet again.

Anything that the opposing fans disagree with is called "disgraceful". It's really a cliched and overused term (of little value) at this point.

theres many things horribly flawed with your premise and baseless supposition of your question.

but, are you actually comparing Azeranka with Nadal

in regards to any criteria, that would be rather insane, as Nadal is all-time great with 13 slams! he is in the same echelon as Federer and Sampras and deserves comparable respect. Azeranka is certainly not there yet.

try putting the booing that occurred in its proper context!

The point is the crowd saw it and booed the same way.

It is only the Nad fans who cannot see the truth.

Nadal deserves to be condoned because he has 13 majors ? LOL.

Yeah, the Nadal fans should have started that thread. Such double standards, no ?

Touche (for the why didn't Fed fans scream when ....) threads, lol.

Long story short, Azarenka didn't break too many people's hearts like Nadal did (thus being way more hated)

I think the fans were just glad Azarenka shut the heck up for a few minutes.

No one is going to boo the lack of her high pitched squeal.

If I remember correctly, there were several threads like that, but most of them got deleted.
On the contrary, I remember seeing several posts that admonished her. ESPN was talking about that every match of Azarenka this year.

Just that this some fans in this forum see it differently.

to compares Azeranka's MTO against Sloane, where she inadvertently admitted that she took a time out because she was losing, to Nadal against Warwinka is absolutely preposterous!

there is much hate within you!

Yeah, I don't like the double standard. Both incidents were at the AO, lol.

And how many times in her career did she takes MTO when losing in compare to Nadal? Don't forget Wimbledon 2010 when even PMac who is a Nadal fan questioned Nadal MTO when he was losing to Petz.

First of all, no he's not.

But, more importantly, I didn't know that the moment you won your 13th slam, you became immune to the rules. Or was it the 12th? 11th? First?

i see that you're dense and niave at the same time

the point was, that Azeranka admitted she took her MTO in said incident because she was losing (in so many words). Nadal has never admitted to such! only Fedephants and other haters malignly conjecture that about Nadal.

MTOs are allowed under the rules! so please recognize reality!

And yet Nadal has a history of calling the MTO whenever he loses but never when he's leading. Injuries occur at random time, not magically happened when you're losing.
