A patient cancelled his 1:45 tomorrow; that time is yours if you want it
Sorry Dr Melfi, between having money for retirement and therapy, most of us choose retirement.

If there was even a Lloyd Christmas chance of Ollie looking like Dr. Melfi then I would choose therapy. No offense there, @ollinger but I don’t play the home team.Sorry Dr Melfi, between having money for retirement and therapy, most of us choose retirement.
I just don't have time to think in the day.... I have more than enough tasks to keep occupied. Get free time only as the day draws to an end.isn't it normal to feel worse when waking up early? cause not enough sleep.
also, why would one "start thinking about problems" only when going to bed? what did you do the rest of the day?
It is called age. The older you get, the less happiness there is to look forward to.
My wife, a psychotherapist, met "Dr. Melfi" on the streets of NYC once and they discussed the fact that the two of them do look alike. "Melfi" was very gracious. Wife is in Orlando now visiting her very elderly Uncle Herbie (and daughter attending a conference at The Levin Center) for a few days, told her to search out stringertom to talk some tennis. If there was even a Lloyd Christmas chance of Ollie looking like Dr. Melfi

not much fun, she eats super healthyOr me to eat with![]()
I don’t know of a Levin Center but there is a Rosen Centre hotel with its own conference center right across the street from our mammoth Orange County Convention Center. If she’s at Rosen then she may run into me. I will be out today all afternoon, much of that time being spent at OCCC with the annual dog show (second in size and stature to only Westminster in NYC).My wife, a psychotherapist, met "Dr. Melfi" on the streets of NYC once and they discussed the fact that the two of them do look alike. Ok guys first of all, I thank each and every one of you for helping, chipping in.
This is the first post that suggests keeping my mind clear before going to sleep, and I shall try that today. Thanks everyone for contributing with their opinions.
I don't feel bad when I wake up early because it is usually caused by me going to bed early, usually because I have to catch an early morning flight.
My local smaller airport is only about 30 minutes away, but for some other flights I have to go to the bigger airport which is about 1 hour away. Some international flights I have to wake up about 2 am but for domestic flights I don't have to wake up too early, maybe around 4 am.I usually get up at 2 AM for early flights. Just a lot of stuff to do and the airport is an hour away. But it can be two hours away if I leave at 6 AM.
I get sleep metrics from my watch and it tells me the quality as well as the quantity of sleep.

I always wake up before the alarm goes off. I don't really need to setup the alarm but I set it up anyway just in case. I always sleep with the same duration and I always know how long I will sleep at night.
My local smaller airport is thriving and has just been revamped / enhanced, because it's a popular international and local tourist destination. In the past I have to take my laptop out of my bag in the security screening, but now I don't need to because they have better scanning machines. There are new flights added too from and to new destinations.Same here. The smaller local airport has been losing business and carriers because the larger airport has more carriers, more direct flights and lower prices.
For waking up, I set two alarms each on an iPad and my phone, so four alarms total to be sure I get up. Sometimes I need them and sometimes I don't.
One thing that helps is that I can sleep on planes.
