Federer hit double digit DF's and choked at USO09. Was Delpo "gifted" the title? You know that's not what I'm talking about.
That's not what I meant, try again.Federer hit double digit DF's and choked at USO09. Was Delpo "gifted" the title?
Novak was up a break in the 5th and would've probably won if not for the infamous Djokosmash. Did Nadal win RG13 as a "gift"?
Yes, Zverev really could've and should've shut the door on Thiem at several moments. But in the end Thiem pulled off one of the great comebacks of all time, and managed the insane pressure and the weight of expectation on his shoulders better than Zverev did. He absolutely deserves to be in the Slam club.
That said, an RG win over Nadal in front of thousands of fans would be so much more special.
And Nadal also already won much more Masters on clay than Sampras has Masters and WTFs together in his whole career. Nadal will also have won more total ATP titles on clay alone than Sampras in his whole career very soon (61-64 at the moment).Nadal's performance at the French will equal Sampras' entire career.
The last Wimbledon match I saw, it was not very clear who was winning it till the very end.Unfortunately, there is no RG anymore. The organizers did everything to help Djokovic in it.
On the other hand, Wimbledon is definitely skippable. The competition there is so weak that it is clear who wins it.
You not seeing doesn't mean he doesnt do it. The guy doesn't like it one bit when Djoker wins. And Djokovic is at 9 compared to Nadal at 13. Let Djokovic come close to Nadal's slam tally by raking up AOs and there will be a whole new orchestra operating here.
The answer is pretty self-evident, every extreme domination gets boring after a while, unless you're a diehard fan of the player/team.For a new FO champ lol? Is it bc Nadal is mythical? It really does even sound like a joke. Something someone would have said in 07..... "Yeah Nadal is gonna win like 14 French Opens"
