Why is Nole so angry??

He's winning, but he gets really angry and looks upset every time he's losing a point.
He used to be so calm and full of confidence till a few weeks ago.

Is there something I miss? It does look like it's throwing off his game...

I do get the 6-0 6-0 6-0 thing. But he starts looking more and more like Murray in terms of self control.

I do hope he wins a calendar GS though!

He knows he can't take out his anger and arrogance by screaming at innocent ball kids. So it's boiling out of him ...

Because he has yet to win the French. It's the greatest source of frustration for your average tennis player.

He wants to be perfect in the early rounds as well, he probably feels that if he makes the mistakes he's making now, the top players will beat him(which won't happen because his level rises and the top players make too many mistakes of their own now)

he is trying to frighten others into thinking that I am very serious this time, get outta ma way. Novak just pulls all his tricks in the game

Primarily, it's the pressure of winning RG. He really wants to win the tournament, and you can see it in the way he's been behaving lately. I feel that with every mistake he makes against lesser players, in his head he is thinking about how much those mistakes could cost him later on against the likes of Nadal, Wawa etc.
The last few weeks have been very revealing as to why Novak hasn't won RG yet. He has a mental block in Paris. Loss to Nadal in 2013 left a huge mental scar. Hopefully, he will finally take the RG monkey off his back this year.

He'll be happy next sunday, bet your rent on it.

Because he likes seeing Nadal win?
If Djokovic had to save all those Set Points at Rome, you can't possibly expect him to beat Nadal at Roland Garros....
Djokovic is far better at Rome than he is at Roland Garros, while Nadal is far better at RolandGarros/MonteCarlo/Barcelona than he is at Rome.

It's weird, he seemed to start doing this last year. Always ticked off, yelling at his box, etc. With Murray, it's just how he is. I'm not sure if Nole is going crazy or it's some motivational thing now.

The fact that Djokovic is so mentally unstable while being on a long winning streak over Nadal, doesn't bode well for Djokovic if Nadal wins the 1st Set of their semi. I mean, that would probably seal the deal, and send Djokovic into a nervous breakdown.
It will probably be a very lopsided straight sets win for Nadal in that case.

Cool. When was the last time Nadal even won a set off Nole?

I can imagine Nole going into a total meltdown if Rafa finds a way to win just the first set in their RG SF 2016.

All the consecutive sets won for the last 2 years would amount to nothing in that scenario.

Djokovic struggling to break past the 3/5 Gold Slam barrier known as the Kafelnikov-Murray predicament.

Yes we all know Nadal is the favourite! No need to remind us endless times

It's been a bit perplexing these last few weeks, usually in the last 2 or 3 years he reserves these kind of outbursts for matches against Murray, the notorious ball boy getting in the way shout comes from one of those, recent Indian Wells, Miami and Paris-Bercy matches all had them but now they've slipped though to all his matches now.

You all realize that WWI started when Serbian assassinated Duke Ferdinand? That was not the cause, but it was the trigger Austro Hungary was just waiting for. You do realize that Yugoslavia, by that meaning mostly Serbians(Croats fought with the Nazis) freed the country from Germany on their own, and then kicked out some Soviets who tried to claim it as part of Warsaw Pact? That it was under the Ottoman rule for over 500 years yet almost nobody converted to Islam, while Bosnia, Macedonia, Albania etc... did? You remember the recent wars that split Yugoslavia and then Serbia being bombed(illegal though) by US and Nato? Serbian ball boy most certainly would tell Djokovic to e** off himself. I am a Djokovic fan, but seriously there is nothing to be surprised about his temper, he is a Serb and while there might be some peaceful Serb out there, they are few and rare to find.
